#6 - Visitors to IASAS MUN 2022 @ UN ESCAP, Bangkok November 10-12, 2022

Dear All,

Based on the official response (see below) to the question from Tracy at SAS, we will not be able to support parent visitors to the conference in November. Sorry.

For the parents and visitors, this will add logistics challenges. For the meetings itself, we only allow meeting participants who have registered in advance to check-in and access to the meeting room. Our conference centre is a closed venue which required security check and clearance in advance. Having parents and visitors at the venue is not recommended.

For those who have not yet sent us a record of their payments (see list below), or who are missing some crucial details (or photographs) on the roster forms, please have everything in by Friday, October 14th, the final deadline for our contract with the UNCC.
