#4.25 FWD: #4 - IASAS MUN 2022 @ UN ESCAP, Bangkok November 10-12, 2022

Dear Marsha, Tracy, Darby, Brian and Brandon,

Our team visited the UN ESCAP Centre last Friday, and although the expense to use the facilities seems exorbitant, I was reminded why we have hosted there in the past by the gasps from our students when they entered the lobby, and again when they saw the committee and general assembly spaces we will be occupying November 10-12! Due to COVID restrictions, one adjustment the UN team is requiring, different from our 2015 and 2017 IASAS MUN conferences, is that all snacks and meals will have to be catered. I am writing to communicate that these costs (1500thb or $40.00 per person) will need to be passed on to your delegates. Khun M will be in touch by tomorrow with invoices for each of your respective schools (please see below). As always, please let me know if you or your coaches have any questions about IASAS MUN 2022 following last night's email.
